I am simply amazed. I found this company through local reviews, and their reputation holds true. I had to reschedule with Nic (the owner) a couple of times due to our apartments changing things around on us. First kudos goes to flexibility. It was so nice not having to stress about this, because most places give you a hard time for rescheduling.

Second kudos was the promptness, professionalism, and kindness - a combination not usually found all together. It was refreshing to say the least. I was completely at ease because he was just a down to earth, friendly businessman. Nic and I walked through the apartment, and he showed me the black light for pet stains throughout all the rooms. I was actually appalled at how soiled the carpets were - even in areas where our cats had no way to get to due to furniture, etc. This means our carpets were not properly cleaned before we moved in there. However, I feel good knowing that I had an excellent company to clean the carpets properly, leaving them in good shape for the next tenant.

Third kudos was the speed in which the carpets were cleaned. Nic estimated an hour, and I believe it was more like 35 minutes. He gave me a pair of booties so that I could walk through the rooms, and the carpets looked absolutely amazing. It smelled nice and fresh throughout the apartment.

So lastly, look no further for carpet care. Nic had the right tools to make everything go smoothly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Nic for all your time and hard work! I will be contacting you soon to help clean my couch!!
